Also can we TALK about how good this moment is here?

There’s nothing we can do to stop them…” and then Hawks’ panel pops up with “Kill them! right now!”, as if kind of reminding the reader that this could have been prevented, that it didn’t have to get as worse as it is right now. Kill the clones, kill Toga, it’s all necessary for their brighter future

EXCEPT you don’t get the chance to think that far because then we immediately cut to Tsuyu, who tries to convince Toga to listen to Ochako!

And it really is one of those moments where you are shown and told “This wouldn’t have happened if Toga and her clones were killed as soon as possible.” but that isn’t the point of the story and certainly isn’t what Ochako wants to do. She wants to talk to Toga, she wants to resolve this hopefully without anyone having to be killed at all

And in this moment, I love how it also doubles as development for Tsuyu. It would have been easy for the story to cut to Ochako straight after the Hawks flashback panel and urge Toga to listen to her, as that is part of her development and plot line. But showing Tsuyu also wanting to help, wanting to support her friend in getting to the heart of Toga’s problems, taking that step further and showing in Tsuyu’s character that she wants to help Ochako regardless of the fact that what they are doing is not in accordance with the rules, is very well done

We have the kids, specifically Tsuyu in this scene, going against what Hawks wanted to do, what he did before with Twice and most importantly going against the easy option, all in order to help someone who really needs it

I just think it is a good way to show that the kids won’t do what Hawks did. It’s not something that they actively think about but it’s something the story goes out of its way to remind you - that this won’t end with Toga dying

The premise of Skyrim is just so funny. The shouts are just dragon language, making the fights between dragons basically an argument? But now this puny human has a minimal grasp of the vocab. Imagine you're disagreeing with your bud about something unimportant like pineapple on pizza and then a mouse came running over and called you a bitch

#u laugh but if a mouse ran up to me with a toothpick in hand

#and yelled BITCH CUNT FUCK!!! at me? yeah I’d also fall over and dissolve into a skeleton

Everyone who works with him talks about what a mensch he is, so, like... that scans.

tomthefanboy

Yeah he plays a lot of really annoying characters because there's a market for it. But this all tracks of what I've heard about him behind the scenes.

I know its fun to be like omg twitter is dying lets goooo

but its really sad that we're losing yet another form of human communication and years of information because of another ceo baby manchild. I'm going to lose contact with a bunch of friends i've made because of this and it sucks

If i've learned anything from vine and twitter its that when humans are confined by limitations they accept them and somehow still make it funny and/or informative

Love thinking about how S&S - someone who proclaimed herself as justice, who only saw her opponent as an enemy to take down and go home, who used force to try and win without considering that Tomura needed to be saved - died, while Nagant - someone who saw the injustice in Hero society, wronged by the HC, who used to take down her enemies and go home but over time became more aware until her conscience couldn’t take it anymore, the fact that a so-called “Villain”, ex-Hero, still HAD her conscience after everything - got to live

Like Hori could not have made it more obvious what story he is going for here
